| Adjustable Sensor Loupe |
This cleverly designed Sensor Loupe can be used
conventionally to check for dust and dirt on the sensor of a
Digital SLR camera ( DSLR). With 5 times magnification and 4
bright LED's for even illumination, this is an extremely useful
tool for the modern DSLR photographer.
When used in conjunction with the supplied telescopic support
bracket, this loupe has two modes. Observation mode allows the
user to check for dust and dirt as normal. Raising the bracket
allows use in cleaning mode whereby the user can access the sensor
for cleaning and see clearly to clean, using the two times
magnification mode.
Unlike conventional loupes which block access to the sensor, this
loupe makes it easy to see clearly when cleaning then quickly
return to the 5X observing mode to check results. The telescopic
bracket attaches quickly and easily to the flash shoe ( an adaptor
is supplied for Sony/Minolta photographers). The unit operates off
two AAA (LR03) batteries (included).
We like this unit as it has a high standard of construction, uses
conventional batteries, the LED's stay on when turned on ( you
don't need to keep holding the button down) and best of all, the
unique 2-position settings make it a truly useful device. |
